open stand alone flash player
drag and drop image in to player
create projector
open it with flash decompiler
save image as swf file
why I did it in so complicated way? I don't have adobe flash CS

after downloading player RAGE
loncat flash don't work in browser and by using stand alone player
someone please update longcat flash (and possible few others that won't work any more)
