It's a scene from Beck: Mongolian Chop Squad. This is from the Japanese version so the voice
actors are japanese. In the show, they're high schoolers and don't know much english. Ryuusuke
lived in the USA with his sister for awhile, so they can speak english, but both still have veavy
accents.

That is really bad, even for animations of Japanese origin. I've heard much better from other Jap
flicks. The animation isn't too hot but the terrible voices destroy it as anything other than

I have to say this is kinda fitting. The english wasn't bad at all, and made the ruffian sound
