So far the only thing I've made that HASN'T resulted in him throwing up or otherwise dying is
vodka+lime with a lemon on the side.

To get the best combo here, fill it up with about 75% vodka, and the remaining bit should
MOSTLY be cranberry juice.
Then add ice, shake for a count of seven, and serve with lemon.
Works every time.
