I've never actually played this so I don't really have a clear idea how but I'm pretty sure it's
simple and you just have to do things to fill up gauges then shit happens

Walkthrough:
The goal is to activate all the gauges in the circle above the pleasure zones. The pleasure
zones, marked with a V, P, and A, indicate the progression of the vag, penis, and ass. The
colors correspond to the options you can use.
To fill the gauges you have to do certain things. The top gauge is her orgasm, easily fill
this by clicking the fingers (yellow option) and clicking on where her clit would be. The
northwest gauge is her pussy, fill by playing with it. West is her ass, again fill by playing
with her ass. Southwest is double penetration, fill this by getting both pleasure gauges for
pussy and ass to orange, and then using the orange option on both at the same time. This is
the most effective way to fill all three of the previously mentioned gauges. Bottom gauge is
the whip, southeast is enema (the brown option), east is candle wax, northeast is your orgasm,
and only seems to fill when you cum in her pussy.

When you fill all the gauges, the number at the top increases, and the gauges reset. As the
number increases, the options in the bottom unlock. Note: You can only use these options at
certain stages, like pleasure gauge for vagina being red for the first secret. I've yet to
