For this version, you have to reset the game after you beat the first arena master, then load
your character again, and it should work fine.
Probably have to do that after every arena master, actually.

If you kill people, you get unholy powers, as well as a slight increase in gold.
If you spare people, you get holy powers, as well as a slight increase in exp.
Also there are certain 'superior' items that require a certain alignment to wear.

great. met a champion i HAVE TO fight and he can do double my damage, has more armor and more
health. i am fucked. i can't fight anyone else to get more experience and gold. all i can do
