There's actually a fair amount of stuff to do for what's obviously a demo-sized flash. Just
keep clicking the Healer for a while and 2 new options will be circled in red. Click those
options to cycle through 3 or 4 different action poses, then click the Healer's head to
activate the action. After a while of this, you will get the option to go to the "Finish"
action pose. Activate it several times and you get a nice boob-job ending.

Well, two of the circle's games are up on the English DLsite page, and that says the circle's
name is "pabisshu." Google only shows up dlsite when searching for that name.
The Japanese name is ぱびっしゅ! but I can't really find much on google.
