Whenever I'm faced with a problem like that I resort to javascript. I don't have experience with
calling flash functions, but I'm sure you can place a timed event to play the thing after it
loads.

Experimented a little, it's actually quite easy. Make sure the flash has an Id with
id="KramerFlash" or similar and then make the body or section that the flash is in like this:

there you can insert this line document.getElementById('KramerFlash').Play();
