The point is that it's cute. It doesn't mean anything, but cute characters use nonsense words
after their sentences to appear cutesy and adorable.
Some people like cute. Entire animes are created for it (Ichigo Mashimaro for one) and even 4chan
has two boards (/c/ & /cm/). The flash could be made to evoke a reaction, just like moguu for
