As of recently, it's possible to upload SWFs using the 'nico movie maker' program - but only
if the SWF has no activescript in it (flash's security model sux). It's not being used too
widely yet, but some artists are starting to explore its capabilities (the so-called 'toho
typewriter' is another example of this)

HTML text in Flash, if it includes a link with a script: url, can inject javascript into the
containing page. Actionscript can do the same. Here's an example of such, from before they

Unfortunately, unless it's possible to effectively sandbox this, scripting can't be allowed,
as cookies can be very effectively stolen by injected JS (or a fake login box could be
injected).
Moreover, scripted games don't make sense on nicovideo - their main feature is the overlay of
comments on the video, which doesn't work well when the frame number ceases to have any useful
meaning.
