the anime was utter shit. the anime changed the story rather than complimented it and cut huge
portions out. granted, the manga had a lot of fluff to cut, but the anime chose to leave the
fluff and cut the good shit. the manga was much better, but it still loses points for being too
long.
at least the characters in the manga didn't seem like hollow replicas of every faceless anime
character you ever seen in any post-90's anime ever created.
