It's a chatroom with youtube access.
People can 'request' videos by posting a portion of said video's URL. Basically users can extend
or reduce the length of the current YT video being played by 20 or so seconds, something like
that.
Regular users who have registered on the website have a lot more power to extend or reduce the
time on videos, so it basically turns into 2 or 3 regs playing horrible videos to about 10+ new
users who can't vote to skip it.
