This guy is talking as if utilities are going extinct. Society will always rely on specialists

I always get hung up on how someone can be intelligent enough to have a basic understanding of
the public systems currently in place and stupid enough to think that they're sustainable or
anything better than mediocre.
The only real explanation I can come up with is stupid people spouting off bullshit catchphrases
created by someone smarter than them that simply doesn't give a shit, but it's way too widespread

What role does a human who lacks expertise, innovation, inspiration and charisma have in a world
where nearly everything is automated?
In order to create this sort of society, one must have some place to put these people who can
only do grunt work.
Unless we have self sustaining agricultural planets to host these people, the only option is to
cull them in order to keep population under control.
