The French are currently numero uno in worldwide in 2D animation...they've been making
fantastically designed stuff, its just rarely anything feature-length. Check out Goeblins on
youtube, they produce a few different 1 or 2 minute shorts a year, and no two are done in the
same style. They're amazing eye candy but they just aren't very filling since they're so short.
