  wow, talk about concentrated bullshit.
  Just cause something's possible doesn't make it viable, not by a long shot.
  Also genetics play the most minor role of a billion different factors contributing to how someone
  thinks, the idea that anyone would want to spend the money to change people from birth instead
  of, say, just using education or information campaigns is ludicrous
