Okay, most of the extras are pretty easy. Just use tab to look around for them. Two of the ones
on the menu unlock the locked sets, then one unlocks the "nude" option.
Each scene background has a secret spot to click to unlock the ? extras, and unlock all except
one.
The last ? extra, I forget..I think it's in one of her preset outfits. Going to mess around and
see if I can remember.

The last is unlocked on the 4th bg by clicking on the cat the second time it passes by.

Found it finally.
There's two secrets on the background with the cat. One is the cat, as the previous poster said,
and the second is a rock behind the girl. Just tab around for it on there, you'll find it.
