My big question is why would prison wardens want to track prisoners by their exposed tattoos when
they are on the wrong side of the bars? Do cameras have computer databases saved in them so they
can sound a alarm when said tattoos detected in a forbidden zone?

no there's not this is pretty old and it is well made but it's not that special.
mlp is themed all around shit called cutie marks which is a pony's biggest talent on their left
ass cheek or whatever, this is one of the little ponies that is a late bloomer with her friends
in the story and this is a canon spin off you could say of what happens to all of those who don't
