You can't edit .swf files and Zone didn't provide any sauce so you need a decompiler to create a
.fla source file from the swf. Sothink have made a good one, so just torrent that one.
After that just load the .fla in flash. The decompiled fla is not an exact copy of the original
fla. Motion tweens / Shape tweens cannot be differentiated by the program.

The easy route is to use Swftools, which is decent for replacing/removing/adding images/sound.
The hard route is to use a hex editor or tools you have created yourself using the swf
specification, which can range in complexity from changing Actionscript variables to completely
reordering the file.

It probably is easier to decompile it and modify it from Flash (I haven't had a working copy of
Flash for close to a decade so I've never gone this route). Swftools is a bunch of command-line
utilities that require using reference guides, and decoding a swf file with your own tools is a
royal pain in the ass (i.e. it's full of values that are encoded as variable-length bitfields).
