before moving onto the next.
• Make sure to warm up before, and relax after, each exercise.

and oats.
Just kidding. What you need to do is the Link pose from the Zelda series for 3 minutes straight.
Then do the pushup position for 2 minutes.
Then, flex your arms up in a U shape and balance on your left arm with yours legs closed until
your hips fail to hold you straight. Then balance on the other arm the same way. If you want
something that will destroy your tail bone : layon the carpet then reach your toes, then go back.
Do it forever until you have no stomach left. Then assume the position like the gay slut you are
and look up ahead. Reach your left arm up ahead and kick your right leg out. Then bring them both
back in and reach your right arm out and kick your left leg out. We are assuming that you are
supporting your body up with the limbs you aren't reaching out with. Do this until you can donkey
kick easily like Chuck Norris.
