Eh. The only things they changed in the movie made it worse.
Can't complain overall though, it was a very faithful rendition of the source material.

actually they made it better. the whole alien thing wouldn't have fit that well with today's
audience. however making Dr Manhattan the threat is perfectly plausable (ignoring that humanity
wouldn't stand a chance against him). it was also good that they toned down the whole faith thing
for Dr Manhattan, it's a little bit sad that he doesn't have any free will (or experience any
free will at least). sure it's still there in the movie, but they only kinda hint towards it
while in the comic its very clear
