  Is there a way to make a .swf your desktop background? Like you know how you can use a html as
  desktop background on win98, is there a way to do that on seven?
  This flash would be awesome to have as a desktop.

  There's no active Desktop on Windows 7.

  Google it, there's some applications that emulate it probably. I'm not a fan of moving desktops
  so I can't help...
