Is Cristina Vera a member of Alstroemeria Records? The answer is no, so it's a fandub.
Original remix: Alstroemeria Records - Bad Apple!! featuring Nimico
Remixed track: ZUN - Touhou 4 Lotus Land Story - Stage 3 ~ Bad Apple!!

That's Cristina Vee. Not Vera.

By that logic, every professional artist who did a cover of another song is simply a fandubber.
Cristina Vee is a voice actor, notable for voicing characters like Mio from K-ON, Nanoha
Takamachi from Nanoha, and Rachel from Hare & Guu.
She also voices multiple characters in the Blazblue video game series, as well as roles in series
such as Sakura Wars, Ar Tonelico and League of Legends.

But this isn't a cover.
She's singing over the original track. Remix.

are you retarded? This is just a mimicked track, it isn't the direct imitation, the bass is
modified. that's all it takes for it to be a cover

wow, I normally don't care about dubbing/fandubbing whatever...
but holy crap my ears just registered a "DO NOT WANT". You can't just replace a back-n-forth
mezzo-soprano/soprano singer for a decidedly soprano voice. It just doesn't jive right.

Which makes her mediocre at best. Studios don't exactly break out the A-list talent for
professional anime dubs in this country. Or B-list. Or even C-list. (Disney/Ghibli being a
notable exception)
