  So, instead of hiring unskilled laborers, farms are buying equipment that is designed by
  engineers and manufactured by skilled workers. A bunch of temporary low-paying jobs (that were
  often performed by migrant workers) were replaced with a few steady well-paying jobs (that can be
  filled with American citizens). I'm okay with that.
