I won after like 50 bodies.
The secret is just to hit the girl I guess. Carl has no money often. The fat guy can drop a lot
of pudding, but usually it's either 2/3 puddings or <5 dollars which is the cost of the kill or
not really worth it. I got 6 off of him early and it was nice, but otherwise there was no point.
The girl consistently had 5+ and usually 10+ so every kill was a profit.

Easiest way to save up cash is to head to the city after each kill, and the body disappears.
Don't have to buy shovels as much.
