Apparently this is a flash about Perona and Bearsy from One Piece. It looks unfinished, though

From the anime "One Piece", the "Thriller Bark" arc. The girl, Perona, commands ghosts (which
destroy your confidence/courage/self worth for a while if they touch you, making you an easy
target) and her boss steals people's shadows (which he implants into corpses to reanimate them as
his personal army). The bear is part zombie, part stuffed animal. It is Perona's slave and she
abuses the shit out of the poor thing. A running gag is that she doesn't let it speak. At one
point, three of the main characters hide inside of Bearsy, but he isn't allowed to speak up to
warn his masters that he's been compromised by their enemy.
