Added an option to remove piercings. Does not undo the original effects of the piercing but does
cost 5 toughness and 100 gems.
Added 4 ‘Rare’ piercing materials.
Lethite piercings increase imp encounter rate relative to goblins.
Fertite increases fertility by 5% per piercing and cum production by 10% per piercing. (*abuses
this*)
Furrite increases encounter rate for furry encounters (Jojo/Minotaur)
Misc other tweaks/typo fixes.
