Men do evil, but evil is a definition of society and not some invisible man in the sky. Did the
Aztecs do evil by sacrificing other tribes to appease their gods? I think not.

Yes that was evil of them. Murder and human sacrifice are disgusting and offensive to God.

You do realize that your religion is based on a single human sacrifice right?
>> [_] Anonymous 12/31/11(Sat)19:03 No.1595023
Every one of us has violated basic morality, and instead of accepting that this is possibly part
of human nature and working to watch for it and prevent it where we can in the future, we should
castigate ourselves and plead for mercy before an invisible man in the sky because we can't take
responsibility for fixing our own flaws.
We nailed a fucking man to a piece of wood and let him die in agony to solve our interpersonal
problems. Even the most hardened athiest can look at that and say "that's wicked". Why can't you?
>> [_] Anonymous 12/31/11(Sat)19:08 No.1595027
A "true" Christian looks at a man who puts a bullet in the head of a child and says "that is a
sin, and god will punish him".
A sensible person looks at a man who puts a bullet in the had of a child and says "that is wrong.
How can we stop that from happening again?"
That's the difference between you and I, shouting guy. If there's a god that judges us, I'll be
able to stand before him and say "I tried to fix it."

"Nature is not cruel, pitilessly, indifferent. This is one of the hardest lessons for humans to
learn. We cannot admit that things might be neither good nor evil, neither cruel nor kind, but
simply callous -- indifferent to all suffering, lacking all purpose."

It feels good to rage like this, though.
I do feel pretty bad for the christians that see this, though. It's gotta be a lot worse when
some asshole is taking your religion and twisting it to be batshit nuts.

At first this was interesting, talking about the definition of sin, but then religeon was added,
and it did not make any sense.
The person who made this flash has a fucked up/incorrect view about christians and their religeon.

There is nothing wrong with going into a school and shooting a child in the back of the head.
Morality is a social construct. It is really irritating when someone tries to use a psychological
phenomena to justify another one

guilt is a made up name in our community
according to this whatever i say, exists
so now, should everyone talk phylosophically and scientifically correct to avoid idiots like
these to come up with an example like that?
this doesn't make any sense
idiotic christians, start to THINK for once instead of being told to what you are
and stop hating, haters are so 2011

>relativistic atheist
I love how they pretend that the other side are marxists or cultural relativists
Anyways. I dont' think of "sin" or "good", I think of "laws" and political rights. Political
rights don't exist in the bible by the way. Christ-fags trick people into talking about
"objective morality" because they know that they can start talking about salvation and make
people feel guilty.

>starts talking about right and wrong
>end up shouting about how Jesus will save you
Typical Christ-fag. It's all about the here and now, and it's always about Jesus. Caring about
"morality" is just a game to trick you into listening to their evangelism.

>> [_] Ren 12/31/11(Sat)23:04 No.1595121
It's all relative. The example uses a man shooting children. A generalist but realistic counter
example would be: Man shoots children. Man is a US soldier in Afghanistan. People in America
don't say the soldier is bad, but "It's a time of war and sacrifices must be made".
A stupid example, but this happens daily with say for example children dying of hunger. Is that
not a sin then? And if it is, why doesn't anybody care if the child happens to be in Africa.
Bleh.. religion. Anything that offers an alternative view on facts is bad.
>> [_] Anonymous 12/31/11(Sat)23:15 No.1595127
My face when what he's saying is kind of right, but he's only telling half the story here. I feel
like there is a 2nd part to this, or there should be. There is more to Jesus than just a flash.
But if you don't agree, that's okay too.
