Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou (or usually called "Quiet Country Cafe" in translations). I found most of
it on a site that I've long since lost. There's a long-running manga series and a two-part OVA
that you should be able to find with minimal googling.
You might also like Mushi-shi. If you also like VN/dating sims, I can further recommend ef - a
tale of memories. It's an anime; I haven't tried the actual VN it's based on.
