It took me a few hours... but believe it or not, I actually beat it. A few tips:
-Set it on the lowest quality. As mentioned before in this thread, the graphics gets a little
graphics intensive on the end boss.
-Run around the bricks

Quest for the Ruby Emerald died in development. It was far too ambitious, the hardware to run it
didn't (and still doesn't) exist.
