I think the idea was that you were supposed to leave the page and revisit it later, since the
dialogue flows as if you came to visit her, left, then came back again later.

There are two ways to progress through this game.
1. Refresh the page
2. Right Click > Play
Based on when this was previously posted there are some actions that can only be activated from
the keyboard. These are the known actions so far...
A for dildo
P for changing her position
