Their English education is focused on passing tests, not actually using it. A real problem. It's
kind of ironic that China teaches English better than the Japanese do.
Proof is that my school has exchange programs. Saw both of 'em. I still can't tell the difference
between the boys and the girls of both the Chinese and the Japanese. Didn't help that the Chinese
all wore jerseys, either.
