I think every powerplant should be built as so that it requires minimum maintenance for maximum
power output and built to last until the source of the energy no longer is there. Doesn't matter
how expensive.
Cheap and quick solutions that require maintenance and won't last more than a generation or two
is bad. Because that will ensure electricity will cost more.
The fastest way to an utopia is free energy.
