If you look carefully you'll see that it is not a drill, more like a cone painted to look like a
drill. The surface is very smooth. The tip is probably rounded as well, there's no way of telling

On further review after reading this anon's expert review, I did my own research, slowing down
the frames. Indeed it is a drill, however, the drill is encased in a transparent barrier. I would
imagine that aside from traumatizing the victim, the drill is just there to provided the
vibrations needed to stimulate the nerve endings within the rectal walls, and also at the anus.
Her anus appears to have stretched far beyond it's natural limits. Using her head as a reference,

If you were to assume a human being, you would be correct. However the Catgirl species, of which
Zu is a member, has shown to be capable of having not only her anus, but other body parts as
well, stretched beyond what would be considered normal or even survivable limits for homo
erectus. Not only that, but they seem to revert to normal in a few hours no matter how stretched
out they are.
I suspect that the culprit is the existence of a much higher concentration of elastin in the skin
and connective tissues than in humans. This would allow them to stretch to a seemingly absurd
degree quite easily with little to no physical harm. Though clearly it causes some degree of
discomfort and surprise.
I would speculate this evolution likely occurred as a response to being endlessly and brutally
raped by very nearly every other species they came in contact with.
Truly, nature is wondrous.
