Sure, the research needs work and the whole thing reeks of progaganda, but the theory makes sense.
You don't buy drugs with Mozart in the background the same reason you don't sit around reading

People adjust to circumstance. If you are immersed in chaos you will become chaotic in turn. If

It's like how a man can go to England to study and learn to study perfect Oxford english then
