Anyone know how to get this working again?

The problem is that part of the functionality is tied to servlets on a specific website,
cumgen.com. Since that site doesn't exist any more, it would require reverse engineering and
emulating the PHP portion on someone's server, and modifying the Actionscript in this file to
point to it (or faking it in your local hosts file).
Not an easy task. This sucker has a lot of code.

Damn, so it was doomed from the start...
Too bad, this was a real gem.

Would making it work locally be just as troublesome, or a little bit easier?

You could run Apache locally and modify your hosts file to point cumgen.com to localhost, that's
the easy part. The hard part would be replicating the functionality of the PHP that was on
cumgen.com. There's no way to get the source of the original PHP, so you would have to go through
the Actionscript of this file, try to deduce exactly what it was that the PHP did, and script
your own PHP files to duplicate that functionality.
If you're interested in knowing what that would entail, have a look at swfchan.com/20/99276/
info.shtml?cumgen2.swf . Click where it says "expand all" under Actionscript. Hundreds of
kilobytes of source code.

Ah, there is a sliver of hope. The whois records for the site are still available. If you contact
this person they just might release their PHP source:
