It's this Japanese guy and he's singing, as he's probably a professional singer, and I think it's
a song about Tokyo city (or maybe not)
He sings it as he awkwardly struts through the Japanese countryside.
Anybody got an idea as to what song I'm talking about?

The guy was wearing some traditional Japanese garb, I think. I guess he sort of looked like Kim
Jong-Il, maybe. the song was mid tempo and upbeat.
