I tried to use Soundhound, but it returned some strange rap group.
It's a pretty good Beastie Boys style hip hop, but it wasn't that song. I believe it to be an

Technically it is hexadecimal (with an "a"), but a specific type of hex, a RGB triplet.
General hex is prefixed with "0x", "$" if it is an address, or postfixed with "h", not a "#".
It's also usually padded with zeroes to clarify a 8/16/32/64 bit boundary, e.g. 0x00FFFFFF.
