There were a lot of totally separate short stories as part of the "animatrix." This one was from
the Second Renaissance, which is basically a direct prelude to the Matrix.

And this is the appetizer of the relative future we are headed towards. Self-aware AI's, mass
robotic production, and total reliabillity on machine power will all lead us down the ignorant
path of self destruction. Oh the irony.
But heck, probly won't happen til after I'm dead anyway, so I won't bother myself with it. Let
them solve it themselves.
I could digg the Animatrix. If an alternate version, let's say, an....wait for it.....Animated
version of the matrix movies were created, I would definetly pay the buck to see it. Too bad no
artist is either too stupid or have enough debt to make one.
