That's what happens when super powers aren't clearly measured. Some writer just decides he can go
faster than a bullet, no faster than a vibrating molecule, no faster than a lazer. Then they
start making up nonsense stuff like running up walls or on water. Maybe someone will have him
wear diving fins and swim through the air by kicking his feet really fast, it's less silly than
travelling through time by vibrations.
The Tick had the most honest superpower - Drama Power, he gets stronger when the writer decides
he needs it. Every superhero can do that, but they don't say it out loud.
