The cards are worth points based on their face value. The cards range from 3-35 points and 9
cards are removed from play at the beginning of the game. Runs of sequential numbers only count
as the lowest numbered card in that run. (i.e. If you had a hand of 8,9,10,11,15,17,18,20, and
21, you'd have a total of 8+15+17+18+20 points. Because the 8-11, 17-18, & 20-21 would stack
together.) The chips are worth negative points. You start with 25 chips and every turn you bet on
the card. You want to have the lowest score in the end so you end up betting on wether to take
the card or not. The person who bet the lowest amount receives the card and the chips bet are
handed to the opposite party.

903 explained it thoroughly, but it was a little hard to understand for me.
Basically you want to avoid the cards, and the higher numbered cards are worse. The chips are
positive. (your score is the number of chips minus the total of your card's numbers, with some
caveats)
You can bet a number of chips, and the one that gave the least gets stuck with the card. You'll
give the chips you bet to your opponent whether you won or lost.
But if you get several cards in a row, only the lowest card will count. This means you will
really want to get a 31 if you have a 30 and a 32.
You should try to win by a small amount and lose by a large amount. Deliberately take some cards
if you think your opponent will bet big, and try to build up runs. Look to see if the card will
extend any of your runs or your opponent's runs.
You can only change the clothes after you win, I'm not sure exactly how the clothes are unlocked,
but win a bunch and you'll get them.

The easiest way to win is to bid nothing at the start until you have pretty much all of your
opponents credits.
Then just start bidding 1 and she will be forced to take it all until she can amass enough to
outbid you again. (which she never can do)
