It's a fact women aren't as strong/fast/perceptive as men. Just look at the Olympics and every
martial art ever, what gender are the record holders? Why are there separate gender ranks? (If we
combined the gender competitions, women wouldn't even rank) I'm not saying men are better, but if

Well modern day it really doesn't matter much. Men and women are both able to be soldiers because
physicality just doesn't matter as much as tactic and speed anymore. Everyone can hold a weapon,
and everyone can be trained to use a weapon within the acceptable skill range required to be part
of a good army, so it just doesn't matter.
If everyone was running around with medieval weapons, dungeons and dragons style, and engaging in
small skirmishes rather than large scale battles regularly, then yes men would trump women just
because we're built to.
But tactic is still more important, and there's no reason a girl can't handle a bow and arrow
just as well as a man can. So it's not like girls can't fight, even with primitive weapons.

Actually using a bow and arrow is a feat of monumental strength.
It's true that women do, on average, have less muscle mass than men. There are, of course, bound
to be countless exceptions.
But evading fantasy pig-rape is about more than just brute strength. A woman in this kind of
scenario has to play to her strengths, and strength usually isn't her strength. A woman may never
be able to wield a broadsword with as much skill as a man, but a rapier? No problem.
