Buttpirate it or some shit, I don't care.
Press F9. If that doesn't do anything, Go to the "Timeline" and right click that square that says
"a o" vertically. A dropdown box will pop up, click Actions on the bottom.
Find var videoID:String = "r-qhj3sJ5qs";
It's not far down. Change what's inside the quotation marks with the youtube video ID. Done.
Publish.

That's true but under the same logic, you didn't come to 4chan to see memes, you'd go to reddit

In /f/ you'll see the things that you won't see wandering youtube by yourself.
Either way a third of the shit here are direct converts from youtube so I may as well cut the
size of all of those videos to 2KB for 4chan/swfchan's sake.

It does reduce the size and increase the quality, but YouTube or the uploader will inevitably
delete the file and as a consequence the swf will break, leading to people posting a broken file
and minimizing the amount of actual video data being circulated and archived. The advantage of
converting the video directly to flash is that it becomes decentralized.

That however implies that the video is breaking any rules or that the uploader would delete it
for any reason.
Youtube is probably going to last eternity—Google can afford to run it at a loss until they find
a way to make it profitable.
Assuming the youtube video is standard—meaning not breaking any rules, is not controversial and
therefore has no chance of getting deleted by anyone other than the uploader, the linked video
will last as long as it is culturally relevant (to /f/ at least)
In any other situation the video will probably be converted anyways.
