Not the maker or OP, but I spotted at least three maybe four.
For certain I know there was:
Toaru Majutsu no Index (Mikoto and Touma were present in multiple scenes, along with Accelerator
and Kaori.)
Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood (It was very brief, with Winry reaching for the gun.)
Fate/Zero (Could be the movie Unlimited Blade Works, haven't seen either of them. Regardless,
Lancer, Rin, and what looked like Kirei made appearances.)
I think I saw Neon Genesis Evangelion. (Never watched it, but I'd recognize that ugly purple and
green mech anywhere.)

Correction here.
For the Fate crew, it wasn't Kirei but Caster. There was also Shirou at the very end.
I think the scene with the guy struggling to stand up from his desk is from The Melancholy of
Haruhi Suzumiya.
Also, there was that small white thing with red eyes from Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica

The Evangelion part was from Neon Genesis Evangelion: 1.11 You Are [Not] Alone
There was also a part or two from The Girl Who Leapt Through Time
The part with Fate crew is also from the movie Unlimited Blade Works.
