the game is setup to where valks and hamerorcs are stronger than the other classes, and it openly
states demon is the most powerful class. The way it reflects in gameplay is the lower classes
cannot get to the high levels. This game has shitty balance.

What's the optimal strategy? I've tried upgrading only speed/attack for valkyrie/hammorc and keep
dying at the 90s - right before I could unlock the damn checkpoint. Due to the costs, I've just
been buying gear evenly, is that the wrong way to do it? How do better?

i broke it. upgraded all my armor to level 251, enemies damage ended up hitting the 4bit cap and
looped back to positive, healing me with each hit. eventually i did the same and couldn't kill
the enemy.
