If I had to guess, I would venture it's a count of the barrels of crude oil being consumed every
moment. Russia consumes 2,740,000 per day, the US 18,690,000, and worldwide 82,769,370. If you
multiplied the number of barrels it says in one minute and multiply by 1440, it should be one of
those numbers.

I counted 390-400 barrels per minute, which is somewhere between Poland and South Africa's usage
