It is possible to get Madagascar infected by carefully selecting ur strategy, it is humid.

Stop buying symptoms. Sell them all at the start, buy tier 1 resistances and rodent vectors. Wait.
Soon you'll have everyone. You can grab other vectors if rodents are being exterminated. If you

Pic related. I bought no symptoms. The hospitals all shut down before they could make a vaccine.
At this point exactly zero people had died from the disease. Nobody was dead, but a huge
population was infected in every country. I then had enough points to buy Heart Failure, Liver
Failure, Necrosis, and Encephalitis. One week later, 100 million dead and skyrocketing.
Everyone was dead before one year passed.
