It's a story about a young girl's severe Psychosis, Paranoid Dementia and Schizophrenia. She
discovered one day she was a masochist, which was the early beginnings of the psychosis. Because
she hid it from her parents, the condition grew worse, and slowly morphed into new conditions.
Eventually her Paranoia and Psychosis combined forces to create a devastating mirror image of the
girl's mutilation desire. She wound up killing her younger brother (she was hallucinating,
obviously, or she would not have reacted in such a way). She eventually grew into simple
insanity, resulting in her suicidal jump.
That should explain it.
