Oddly, the game seems to spawn you away from the beginning.
I found a spot where Bowser actually kidnaps Peach, and it tells you how to move and such.
Down interacts with things and picks things up

ok this is what i got. down to pick things up. left/right to move. up to jump. pick up items to
help you with the girls. example: remove samus's clothes with bombs. at the bottom, you can buy
mail of peach being a whore. she sends you vids of her fucking bowser. i got krystal out, but
thats all i could really do since my laptop is shit. rest of you enjoy.

The bottle you pick up can be used in a few different ways, all involving fairies.
With Navi, she'll offer to make a potion for Zelda (who doesn't appear to be in the game yet) and
you can choose what to do to her. The lower option doesn't work, though.
With Tatl, you end up giving her a cum-bath, and then shove it into her mouth, although the scene
seems to end there.
With the fairies past Bowser, although you can't see the arrows to continue the scene, you can
use Tab to get to them, and Mario captures a bunch of fairies in the jar with his cock.
