The music is Ochame Kinou (Mischievous function) - not sure if that's the actual name/artist, but
if you search that, you get the song.
If you meant the character, that's Kasane Teto, and there isn't really any sauce. The character
is simply a face to put alongside a voice in a program called UTAU. She's essentially analogous
to Miku in her respective program.
