  you come to a point, as i too have done, that you find you are forsaking your life and health for
  video games or indeed for anything at all, be it drugs or work or whatever, then don't blame the
  activity in which you willingly participate but acknowledge that the fault is your's alone then
  give it up, get over it and move on. I wasted nearly two years on world of warcraft, i don't
  regret my time playing, i had fun, but now i'm over it and i focus on writing, friends, family,

  probably with friendly relations to their co workers just to bring you the entertainment that you

  Reading a book for a hobby can have the same effect as a video game you can sit on your ass
  ignore the people around you and then realize you spent too much time reading and not having
  interactions with other people at least in some games you can have decent (although sometimes
  pointless or irritating) interactions with real people that can make you feel good enough.

  But no matter how many friends you make that you never meet in person or ever will just remember
  that your real life affairs come first your video games can be played any time you have free time
