no, we pay a tv licence fee to the government. this video is by the government, it doesn't
advertise anything, just saying thanks to those that pay their licence to watch tv
two TV stations and a whole lot of radio stations are funded by that license in Sweden. the
government radio stations are by far much better than any of the commercial ones
